Kraft Heinz Accused of Falsely Saying Capri Sun Is ‘All Natural’

Kraft Heinz Food Co. was hit with a proposed class action Friday alleging that the company falsely advertises its Capri Sun juice pouches as containing “ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS” when the products in fact contain the synthetic preservative citric acid.

Alyssa Flexer filed the suit in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of a nationwide class of people who bought the drinks “for personal, family, or household consumption, and not for resale,” as well as a subclass of consumers who bought the product in New York.
