The United Daughters of the Confederacy Inc. decided to stop pursuing litigation against the Defense Department and US Army that sought to bring back a Civil War memorial that once stood in Arlington National Cemetery.
The case was dismissed without prejudice in an order entered Wednesday after the group requested its voluntary dismissal in the US Court of Federal Claims.
