Christian Parents Fail to Redo Ninth Circuit Homeschool Ruling

A group of Christian parents in California failed to convince the country’s largest federal appeals court to take another look at their case alleging religious discrimination by a state-funded home study program, but drew two dissenting opinions supporting their bid.

The ruling “has greenlit discrimination against religion,” a dissenting opinion authored by Judge Patrick Bumatay said.
