CHG Healthcare Services Inc. resolved allegations it failed to pay certain employees overtime wages, according to a federal judge who dismissed the lawsuit on Friday.
CHG and Sheila Hernandez reached an undisclosed settlement agreement in her Fair Labor Standards Act collective action suit she filed in September, according to a joint motion for settlement approval and dismissal with prejudice from Thursday. Magistrate Judge Jared M. Strauss granted the motion Friday, ruling that the parties’ settlement agreement satisfied the fair and reasonable standard for FLSA cases.
