CHG Healthcare Serices Inc. failed to pay certain medical staff coordinators overtime wages between November 2016 and June 2024, a new lawsuit says.
The complaint alleges violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and seeks class certification of similarly situated medical staff coordinators. Sheila Hernandez filed the lawsuit Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, seeking unpaid overtime wages, plus damages, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
CHG didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Hernandez is represented by Morgan & Morgan PA.
