A group of California roofers and laborers received final approval to pursue a $600,000 settlement with CentiMark Corp. resolving their wage-and-hour class action claims.
CentiMark is required to fund the settlement within the next 30 days, Judge Kimberly J. Mueller said in a Nov. 21 order for the US District Court for the Eastern District of California.
