The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s age discrimination lawsuit against Enterprise Leasing Company of Florida LLC can proceed, a federal judge said.
The EEOC alleged Enterprise has a pattern of intentional age discrimination by under-hiring applicants over the age of 40 for its management trainee positions in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
