A former Capital One NA sales representative can pursue claims that she was harassed about her breastfeeding needs following maternity leave, including being denied adequate break time, a California federal court ruled.

Dolores White’s amended complaint addressed deficiencies identified in her prior pleading of claims for pregnancy and breastfeeding harassment under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, the US District Court for Eastern District of California said Tuesday.
