Canidae Corp. and a nationwide class of dog owners secured a California federal court’s final OK for an uncapped settlement resolving allegations that they were deceived about what was in limited ingredient dog food.
But the plaintiffs’ attorneys saw their fee cut from the requested $1.28 million to roughly $954,000 by Judge Jesus G. Bernal of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
