California Bar Gets New Shot at Sovereign Immunity in ADA Suit

The State Bar of California convinced the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Wednesday to vacate a lower court finding that it isn’t immune from an Americans With Disability Act suit brought by a disabled veteran.
