Learjet Inc. and parent Bombardier Inc. settled a long-running age discrimination lawsuit brought by a former principal engineer specialist who was fired at the age of 59.
The parties on Tuesday filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice in the US District Court for the District of Kansas, after notifying the court in August of a settlement agreement. Mark Wood’s suit against Learjet and Bombardier was headed to trial, after Judge Eric F.
