BNY Mellon and a former managing director for the bank agreed to close litigation alleging the director experienced sex discrimination when he was fired for going to a strip club with his coworkers.
The parties said Monday that they are dismissing the case with prejudice after notifying the US District Court for the Southern District of New York of their settlement nearly a month earlier. Steven Milazzo sued BNY Mellon in 2023 for breach of contract along with discrimination and retaliation claims
