Binance.US and an affiliated cryptocurrency website are off the hook, for now, in a proposed class action alleging they suppressed the ranking of a digital asset that could hurt their business.
The companies were back in the US District Court for the District of Arizona after they failed to get US Supreme Court review of their jurisdictional arguments for dismissal. District court judge Susan M. Brnovich agreed with their new argument that the HEX token holder leading the suit, Ryan Cox, failed to state a claim.
