Better Home & Finance Holding Co. no longer faces a federal lawsuit over its use of online trackers from Google and LinkedIn, allegedly without its customers’ consent.
The complaint was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice Wednesday from the US District Court for the Central District of California, in an order approved by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr.
