An attorney who formerly worked at an employment law firm based in suburban Washington, DC, will no longer pursue a lawsuit claiming the firm racially discriminated and retaliated against him.
Francisco Mundaca’s suit was dismissed with prejudice on Tuesday, by Judge George L. Russell III of the US District Court for the District of Maryland, after Mundaca filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
