An employment law firm based in suburban Washington, D.C., has been hit with a new federal lawsuit alleging racial discrimination and retaliation brought by an attorney who used to work there.
Francisco Mundaca says the Spiggle Law Firm PC violated federal and state employment law by, among other things, firing him after he complained about allegedly racially disparate pay practices, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
