ASAPP Inc Shakes Off Privacy Lawsuit Over JetBlue Customer Calls

ASAPP Inc. is free of a class suit brought by a California resident who said he didn’t consent to having his conversations with JetBlue recorded by the AI customer-service platform.

Robert Milton said that allowing ASAPP to intercept the conversations violated the California Invasion of Privacy Act. Judge Louis L. Stanton oversaw the case.
