Arizona Ginseng Tea Deception Lawsuit Ends by Mutual Agreement

Arizona Beverages USA LLC and retail purchasers who alleged it deceptively labeled Arizona “Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey” have stipulated to the dismissal of a proposed class action.

Kalesha Niles and others alleged Arizona Beverages and affiliated companies marketed the tea as containing “Ginseng for energy,” but two different labs were unable to detect any ginsenosides, a key chemical compound found in ginseng.
