Arizona Ginseng Tea Deception Lawsuit Gets Federal Judge’s Nod

Arizona Beverages USA LLC and affiliated companies should keep facing nearly all claims in a suit alleging they deceptively market their “Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey,” a federal magistrate judge in New York said.

Kalesha Niles and others allege Arizona Beverages markets the tea as containing “Ginseng for energy,” but two different labs were unable to detect any ginsenosides, a key chemical compound found in ginseng.
