Amazon, Delivery Workers Want Court Nod for $3 Million Wage Deal

Amazon.com Inc. and Amazon Logistics Inc. agreed to pay more than $3 million to resolve allegations that they failed to pay workers jointly employed with two other companies for all of their delivery hours.

The settlement comes less than two months after delivery associates filed the complaint, but follows nearly four years of attempts to reach a deal before beginning litigation, according to a memo filed alongside the workers’ settlement approval motion in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
