Sheridan Allo received two Allergan Natrelle Style 410 FX breast implants in 2016 following a bilateral mastectomy. She had them removed in 2019 because of pain, and her doctor determined the right implant had partially collapsed. Her lawsuit followed.
Judge Martin L.C. Feldman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana allowed the suit to advance last year, saying Allo stated viable non-preempted claims.
