Allergan Gets Investor Class Suit Over Breast Implants Tossed

Allergan PLC spoke the truth in statements about breast implant safety that were targeted in a shareholder class action, a federal court in New York said in dismissing the suit.

Once the evidence was in, lead plaintiff the DeKalb County Pension Fund also failed to causally connect the statements to its investment losses, Judge Colleen McMahon said Monday for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
