A Nevada-based health-care system was unable to convince a federal court that the US government likely acted unlawfully when it pulled its STD clinics from participating in a federal drug discount program.
Judge James Boasberg for the US District Court for the District of Columbia ruled Sagebrush Health Services failed to demonstrate that it’s likely to succeed on the merits in its claim that the US Health Resources and Services Administration acted unreasonably when it terminated its sites from the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
