A Nevada-based STD clinic is seeking a preliminary injunction after a federal health agency pulled its facilities from a federal drug discount program.
Sagebrush Health Services filed the motion against the US Department of Health and Human Services in the US District Court for the District of Columbia on April 4 seeking to restore its participation in the federal 340B drug discount program.
The program allows covered entities such as qualifying safety-net hospitals, clinics, and other providers to buy outpatient drugs from manufacturers at steeply discounted prices.
