Paxton Investigates Advertisers Musk Sued Over X Boycott

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) is demanding documents from an advertising industry group that Elon Musk’s X Corp. sued last summer over a boycott that cost the social media company billions of dollars.

Paxton sent a civil investigative demand to the World Federation of Advertisers on Thursday, his office announced, seeking information related to steps he says the organization took to boycott certain social media platforms.
