ZTE, ServStor Want More Time to Finalize Patent Suit Settlement

ZTE Corp. and ServStor Technologies LLC asked a Texas federal judge to give them more time to finalize an agreement resolving their patent infringement dispute concerning computer server products.

The companies have reached a settlement but need an additional 30 days to finalize terms, according to a motion filed Tuesday the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Magistrate Judge Roy Payne granted a 30-day stay in December that expired Tuesday.
