Texas Judge Grants Venue Discovery in Nvidia-Xockets Patent Case

A federal judge in Texas granted patent owner Xockets Inc. permission to obtain information from and depose Nvidia Corp. and Microsoft Corp. executives to bolster its arguments against the transfer of its infringement suit to California.
