SynMax Inc. and Kayrros SAS told a Texas federal judge they resolved their dispute concerning satellite imagery technology.
Judge Rodney Gilstrap dismissed the dispute Wednesday after the companies informed the court of their agreement to drop the allegations, according to an order filed in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Texas-based SynMax and France-based Kayrros said each party will bear its own costs and fees.
SynMax sued Kayrros in July 2024 seeking a declaratory judgment of noninfringement. Kayrros sent a letter alleging SynMax’s Hyperion software infringed US Patent No. 10,534,961.
