A Texas-based satellite data analytics company is seeking declaratory judgment that its technology platform providing oil and gas forecasts doesn’t infringe a competitor’s patent.
SynMax Inc. filed a complaint for declaratory judgment of noninfringement of Kayrros SAS’s patent July 5 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The complaint came months after Kayrros, a French environmental intelligence company, sent a letter in January accusing SynMax of infringing US Patent No. 10,534,961.
