Grace Elizabeth Harry Cabe, a model known professionally as Grace Elizabeth, will voluntarily dismiss her lawsuit accusing Revlon Inc. of misusing her image and likeness to market cosmetic products without her permission, according to filings in a federal court in New York.

Revlon unlawfully posted images of Grace Elizabeth to its Instagram and Facebook pages to advertise its products, specifically its Skinlights Prismatic Bronzer, according to her complaint filed in 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
