Grace Elizabeth, a Victoria’s Secret Angel and Estee Lauder spokesperson, says Revlon violated the Lanham Act and New York right-of-publicity law by using her image and likeness to market and brand its cosmetic products without permission.

Grace Elizabeth Harry Cabe, known professionally as “Grace Elizabeth,” works as a model based in New York, so her income depends on “her image, persona, face and physical attributes,” and how they can be used to promote or advertise products and services, the complaint, filed July 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, says.
