A copyright dispute between Sony Music Entertainment and a U.K.-based fitness brand was voluntarily dismissed after the parties reached a settlement, according to a California court.
Sony Music and Gymshark Ltd. agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning the claims can’t be brought again, according to the dismissal filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Each party will bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs, according to the court filing. No other details were given.
Attorneys for Sony Music and Gymshark didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
