Siemens Hits at Litigious Bell Semiconductor in Patent Suit

Siemens Industry Software Inc. asked a Delaware federal court to declare that its tools to design and test semiconductor chips don’t infringe several patents that Bell Semiconductor LLC has asserted in a “litigation campaign against the semiconductor industry.”
