SharkNinja Secures Tribunal Review of Dyson Hair Dryer Patent

SharkNinja Inc. convinced an administrative tribunal to review the validity of a Dyson Technology Ltd. hair dryer patent.

SharkNinja sufficiently demonstrated that at least one claim of US Patent No. 9,414,662 could have been anticipated by a prior patent application, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said in a decision issued Monday.
