Judge Rodney Gilstrap paused Secure Wi-Fi’s case for 30 days after the companies notified the court they were finalizing a settlement, according to an order filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
The companies filed their joint motion to stay the case three days before jury selection was set to begin on Jan. 9.
