Sable Networks Inc. and Cloudflare Inc. asked a Texas federal judge to dismiss the patent infringement lawsuit between them over data routing services months after the trial concluded.
Sable and Cloudflare agreed to end all allegations and bear their own attorneys’ fees and costs, according to a stipulation of dismissal filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. A jury determined in February Cloudflare didn’t infringe Sable’s technology and a final judgment is still pending.
