Cloudflare Beats Sable Patent Suit Over Router Technology (1)

Cloudflare Inc. did not infringe Sable Networks Inc.’s patents by offering data routing services, a Texas jury determined.

The jury, in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, on Thrusday also found claims of the expired US Patent No. 7,012,919 are invalid. The ‘919 patent deals with a method for providing a collection of micro-flow comprising a set of data packets.
