Razor, Jetson End New York Patent Suit Over Hoverboard Products

Razor USA LLC and Jetson Electric Bikes LLC jointly asked a New York federal court to drop their patent infringement dispute over hoverboard products.

The companies told the court they wanted Razor’s suit alleging various products in Jetson’s Rave, Rogue, Rumble, and other lines of infringement dismissed with prejudice, according to a stipulation filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Each party will bear its own attorney’s fees and costs, the filing said.
