Razor USA LLC and a hoverboard inventor sued three competitors in federal court alleging their self-balancing, two-wheel products infringed several patents.
GoLabs Inc., doing business as GoTrax, Sakar International Inc. and Jetson Electric Bikes LLC sell several hoverboard products that are two-wheeled and self-balancing vehicles, Razor said. Razor filed separate but similar lawsuits Monday against its competitors in the US District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, District of New Jersey, and the Eastern District of New York.
