Qualcomm Accuses ParkerVision of Trying to Taint Patent Jury

Qualcomm Inc. asked a court to block a “disinformation media campaign” from a litigation opponent it says is meant to give a Florida semiconductor company an edge in their upcoming patent infringement trial in Orlando.

ParkerVision Inc.'s chief executive suggests in the first part of a documentary-style video series called “Against the Giants” that the California chipmaker may have conspired with a high-ranking Obama administration official in 2014 to kill a $173 million verdict in an earlier patent case.
