Influencer Logan Paul’s energy drink brand, Prime Hydration LLC, settled a lawsuit with the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee over a bottle, featuring NBA star Kevin Durant, accused of of infringing Olympic trademarks.
The parties filed a stipulation of dismissal Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Colorado after the case was paused in December in light of a settlement agreement.
- The US Olympic and Paralympic Committee sued Prime in July, alleging the drink brand used four of its trademarks, including “Olympic, Olympian, Team USA, and Going For Gold,” without USOPC’s consent.
