Logan Paul’s Prime Drink Faces Trademark Suit Over Olympic Marks

The National Olympic and Paralympic Committee in the US is accusing Logan Paul’s energy drink brand of infringing its family of trademarks associated with the Olympic Games.

Prime Hydration LLC is deliberately using four of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee marks on its packaging and promotion of a Prime Hydration bottle featuring athlete Kevin Durant, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Colorado. Prime is using four marks, which include “Olympic, Olympian, Team USA, and Going For Gold,” without USOPC’s consent, the complaint says.
