Playboy Settles Infringement Lawsuit Over Its Bunny Trademarks

Playboy Enterprises International Inc. settled a lawsuit accusing Fashion Nova Inc. of infringing its trademark rights in its Bunny costume, according to a Los Angeles federal court.

The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California dismissed the claims with prejudice, meaning they can’t be brought again. Playboy and Fashion Nova, an online apparel seller, agreed to a settlement, according to the filing, though no other details were given.

Attorneys for both parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
