The exercise equipment company sufficiently showed a reasonable likelihood that it will prevail in establishing upatentability of at least parts of Johnson Health Tech Co.'s US Patent Nos. 10,032,227, 10,796,375, and 11,227,340, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board said in three decisions issued Tuesday.
