Peloton Interactive Inc. is facing a lawsuit by Taiwan-based Johnson Health Tech Co., alleging Peloton’s Tread and Tread+ infringe three of the company’s patents.
JHT alleges Peloton was aware of two of the patents, ‘227 and ‘375, by Oct. 8, 2020, and the third, ‘340, by April 11, 2022, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
The complaint alleges Peloton is “making, using, selling, offering for sale and/or importing into the United States” products that infringe its patents.
