Patent Owner’s Lawsuit Against Meta Over Quest Headset Stayed

A Texas federal judge paused proceedings in a New Mexico-based patent owner’s infringement suit against Meta Platforms Inc. over its Quest virtual reality headset so the parties could finalize an agreement.

Flick Intelligence LLC requested in a July 19 motion a 30-day stay to allow the parties time to finalize the agreement and dismiss the case. The court granted the motion Wednesday, according to a docket entry.
