Patent Owner Drops Suit Against DoorDash Over Location Features

WirelessWerx IP LLC voluntarily dismissed its patent-infringement allegations against DoorDash Inc. concerning technology allowing customers to find restaurants based on their locations.

DoorDash hasn’t answered or filed a motion for summary judgment in the dispute, according to a notice filed July 5. WirelessWerx seeks to dismiss its case with prejudice and for each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
