OptiMorphix Accuses Meta of Infringing Bytemobile Tech Patents

Meta Platforms Inc. was accused of infringing patents to mobile video and web optimization technologies owned by OptiMorphix Inc., according to a federal lawsuit.

Meta infringed 10 patents—covering technologies like enhancing the speed of data transmission within network communication systems—which were originally developed by Bytemobile Inc. and eventually acquired by OptiMorhpix, according to the complaint filed Dec. 23 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
