Nordstrom, Patagonia Settle Counterfeits Trademark Lawsuit

Nordstrom Inc. and Patagonia Inc. agreed to settle claims against the retail giant, accusing it of selling counterfeit apparel after the end of their authorized dealership agreement.

Nordstrom and the outdoor gear brand agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice after coming to terms on a settlement agreement, according to a May 15 stipulation of dismissal filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
