Nissan, DigiMedia Pause to Resolve Camera Systems Patent Suit

DigiMedia Tech LLC and Nissan Motor Co. agreed to pause proceedings in their dispute over camera systems to finalize an agreement.

Magistrate Judge Roy Payne granted the companies’ joint stay motion Wednesday, pausing proceedings in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas for 30 days. DigiMedia and Nissan said in the Feb. 25 motion the period will allow them time to finalize terms of a deal and file a motion to dismiss.
